‘Landfill guilt’ is the sensation that many sensitive, spiritual, and environmentally conscious people feel about throwing things away.

We really don’t want our old broken stuff adding more volume to the already overflowing landfills as we Purify and declutter our homes.

Landfill guilt can lead to making poor decisions. We may donate items that are essentially trash to charitable organizations. (Be a #consciousdonator) Or we may unconsciously hold on to broken, non-functioning items – creating small personal landfills in our homes.

The good news about landfill guilt is that we can transform this feeling into fuel. This fuel can power new, positive conscious decisions going forward – and can help us to make peace with our choices up to this point.
