It was an honor and joy to interview my dear friend Seth Dellinger on this week’s episode!
Recently, Seth – who is a big time music lover – shared that he was letting go of his vinyl collection. Naturally, I was intrigued, so I invited him onto the show to talk about it.
Throughout our interview, we explored the history of his vinyl collection, the way it had shaped his identity, and his decision to let it go.
I want to keep growing and evolving, and having a massive collection of music that you liked 20 years ago is not conducive to that sort of evolution.Seth Dellinger
Seth is insightful, interesting and easy to talk with. We dove deep into ways this collection was holding him back and why it was so important to let it go.
I referenced this episode in the interview: 34: Has Your Beloved Collection Become a Burden?.
